Beautifulle was founded and is curated by Leonetta Elaiho.
Leonetta is a creative contemplative, a writer, and a public theologian that thrives at the intersection of culture, faith and justice. The arc of her work has always bent towards the margins and her desire for radical inclusion of the typically excluded.
An aesthete, she is a big believer in beauty—it's constant presence and invitation to us—even amidst our deepest pains. Her experiences in her own spiritual journey, which has roots in many Christian traditions, sparked her desire to help others grow in their spiritual journeys as well. She has completed numerous training and certification programs including Doula training at Seattle Midwifery School, the SoulFormation Academy of Spiritual Formation and the School of Spiritual Direction, Medicine Woman Way, The Center of Action and Contemplation Living School, Resmaa Menakem's Foundations in Somatic Abolitionism, Huayruro's Restorative Circle Training and more. She serves in numerous community roles and is currently the Chair of the Ignatian Spirituality Center and a founding Trustee of the Reconciliation and Restoration Foundation. She has worked in community development and youth development work for nearly 20 years and has contributed to the field locally, nationally and internationally. She teaches, speaks and leads workshops across her areas of expertise.
In addition to offering spiritual care services, Leonetta is also a non-profit and philanthropic consultant. Learn more about her work with organizations here.
